Who can use OffMenu

You must be 18 or older. In jurisdictions where age-verification mandates apply, you must complete ID verification before using event features. You agree to the Code of Conduct.

What we provide

OffMenu is a platform for discovering and hosting non-play social events — munches, mixers, workshops, and discussion groups — for the ENM, poly, kink, queer, trans, and broader alt-lifestyle communities. We provide the tools; organizers are responsible for the events they host.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and phone safe. Sharing your account with anyone else violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Your data.

What you can’t do

• Host play / sexual / hookup events of any kind.
• Solicit anyone for play, paid services, MLM, or business pitches.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or out other users.
• Pretend to be another person or organization.
• Scrape, redistribute, or otherwise mine the user list.

Organizer responsibilities

If you host an event, you are responsible for its safety, legality, and conduct. You agree to enforce the Code of Conduct at your event. You may not host play events under any disguise. OffMenu can remove your events, suspend your account, or terminate your access at our discretion.

Content you post

You retain ownership of event descriptions, comments, and announcements you post. By posting, you grant OffMenu a non-exclusive license to display them within the platform. We can remove content that violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

Liability

OffMenu is provided as-is. We make no warranty about the suitability, accuracy, or safety of events hosted on the platform. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts you have paid us (currently: zero).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced; using the platform after a material change means you accept the new Terms.
